Career Opportunities

Committed to breaking the cycle of poverty, Aga Khan Foundation Canada (AKFC) is an international development organization and registered Canadian charity.

Since 1980, we have improved millions of lives in Africa and Asia, working in partnership with the Government of Canada and diverse Canadian institutions and individuals.

AKFC is headquartered in Ottawa, Canada.

We welcome and encourage applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.

AKFC is committed to advancing gender equality and inclusion through our programming and operations in Canada and overseas. AKFC also recognizes the importance of safeguarding and is committed to ensuring that we manage a wide range of risks so that beneficiaries, staff, other associates, and the organization as a whole are kept safe from harm. To learn more about these policies, read our Gender Equality Policy and the AKF Global Safeguarding Manual.
